This page describes how this website handles information when you browse or request a quote. Updated October 22, 2026.
What you choose to share
The quote form collects your name and property address, plus your email address or phone number, selected services, one-time or recurring interest, project details and preferred contact method. The selected response channel is required; the other is optional. Please avoid including sensitive information in project details.
Why we use it
Your details help GreenPro assess your property, check service availability, discuss your request and respond. A submission does not confirm service or an appointment. This site does not enroll you in a newsletter, marketing list or SMS campaign.
Where requests go
Online quote requests are handled by Netlify Forms and stored in GreenPro’s protected Netlify account. Authorized people can review them to respond to you. Resend sends staff notifications containing a reference and a link to the protected dashboard; customer contact and property details are not included in those notification emails.
Security and retention
Netlify provides hosting, form processing and spam filtering. It may process network addresses, browser information and other technical request data to operate and protect the service. Access to saved inquiries requires an authorized account. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Saved inquiries remain in GreenPro’s Netlify Forms account until an authorized operator removes them. This form does not apply an automatic deletion schedule. Contact GreenPro if you want to request a correction or deletion. Any service or business records created separately from your inquiry may have different retention requirements.
Cookies and third-party content
This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, marketing cookies, or browser storage. Fonts and illustrative images are served directly by the website. Visiting Google or an external photo-credit link is subject to that destination’s own privacy practices.
